The Luxury Fortress of Miramar Beach
While there are a lot of beach residences to rent, there are none like our home at 10 Walton. Everything that can make a vacation home memorable has been thought of and provided.
10 Walton is a beautifully appointed 5 bedroom home with 5 full baths and two half baths. This home comfortably sleeps 19 and has enough private living areas for everyone to spread out.
This home boasts of being the tallest home in the area, and has 12 foot ceilings on each of the four floors. The outside entrance of the home has a concrete wall enclosing the lush landscaping, a private saltwater pool and paved driveway with enough space for four vehicles. The garage holds two cars so that you can comfortable park 6.
The expansive living space for entertaining and dining takes up the entire second floor, perfect for intimate family gatherings or memorable events. This dedicated common area has a seating area for viewing the 75” television or lounging by the ambiance fire, a formal dining area, a complete gourmet kitchen and a “dirty” kitchen when prepping for special events. All of this opens out to an additional dining table and seating on the vast veranda that peers over the saltwater pool.

• The second guest bedroom has a Queen bed and three twin beds, a 55' Smart Television as well as a private bath with double vanity and a tub/shower combination
• The third guest bedroom has a KING bed, a 55" Smart Television, as well as a private bath with shower.
• Another large veranda for outdoor relaxation

4th Floor
• Master suite with KING bed, a 55" Smart Television, a private oversize bath with a soaker tub and a separate triple head shower

This home is conveniently located off of Scenic Gulf Hwy 98, tucked away in the Villas of Frangista. You are close enough to access the popular Gulf front stretch, about 2/10 of a mile away, that is home to many restaurants, shops and activities for your group to enjoy. A local coffee shop and winery is within a short walking distance. While also being secluded in the privacy of this gated development. The Sandestin Outlets are close by for a day of shopping and retail therapy. This is the perfect spot to get away from it all to get away to it all. Come and enjoy!
